“A villa close to the beach” – one of those requests that pop up frequently. This villa is just 80m from the long, sandy beach of Palma Nova in Southwest Mallorca. Despite this, it’s tucked away in a quiet location, making it an ideal family or holiday home.
The Mallorca property market has consistently shown itself to be one of the strongest in Europe over recent years.
Here’s our start-of-year overview of the market and where we think it’s going to go from here.
Larger than usual traditional townhouse with its own swimming pool and a lovely garden. Located in the pretty mountain village of Alaro, on the western side of Mallorca.
A sensibly priced property, in very good order and with scope to expand the accommodation.
The stand-out feature of this Pollensa townhouse is the roof terrace. With private sunbathing areas, a covered outdoor dining and BBQ house, a swimming pool and spectacular views over the town and surrounding countryside, this must be one of the best roof terraces in N Mallorca.
The association Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España has announced that two Mallorcan towns – Alcudia and Pollensa – will be among the towns and villages joining its coveted list of Spain’s most beautiful villages. They join Fornelutx, in the Soller Valley, which has already held a secure position on the the list for a number of years.
A three bedroom villa near Pollensa, Mallorca for and asking price of €460,000. In very good order, the property has a lovely, sunny garden, great pool, plenty of space and an ETV rental licence. So it would work equally well as a family home, holiday home or a rental investment.
An excellent opportunity to buy in one of Mallorca’s most sought-after locations.
