Port Adriano and El Toro

Port Adriano is a marina-side resort on the South West Coast of Mallorca. This is a sought-after location for holiday apartment, townhouse and villa properties.

Port Adriano refers the the harbour itself and also encompasses the area immediately surrounding it. It effectively is part of the El Toro area immediately adjacent to Santa Pons Nova.

This used to be a harbour and little else. Some apartment blocks were built behind the port in the 1980s, and leisure craft gradually came to use the harbour as it became frequented more by holiday makers.

Since then Port Adriano has become increasingly well-known and expanded into one of the primary leisure marinas in Mallorca. There is small beach next to the marina and there are some very good restaurants and a few bars along the marina-front.

The marina is currently in the process of being expanded to cater for larger luxury "super-yachts". Many refer to it as the "next Puerto Portals" which is probably quite accurate and has certainly heightened even further interest in the area as an up-market holiday home location.

Already there are more restaurants and shops locating alongside the marina and the marina-side community is becoming a vibrant and very attractive place as a result.

Accessibility

The journey time from Palma de Mallorca and the airport to Port Adriano and El Toro is around 25 minutes.

This location is also within easy reach of other popular South West Coast Mallorca locations such as Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova, Portals Nous, Illetes, Bendinat and Camp de Mar.
