Cala Pi

Cala Pi is a small and relatively quiet resort built around a rocky cove with a sandy beach in the southern part of Mallorca.

Cala Pi is not terribly well-known and this is part of the attraction of this pretty little resort town, making it very popular amongst those who know it, many of whom return here year after year.

Cala Pi is close to Palma de Mallorca and the airport, and benefits from a lovely coastline with a good beach in Cala Pi itself and the super beach of Es Trenc close-by. The beach in Cala Pi is a main focus for those staying here, and the cove attracts passing yachts too as the waters here, as with most Mallorca beaches, are crystal clear and ideal for swimming.

There are a few restaurants and bars in the resort itself, and the coastline here is very beautiful. Moving slightly inland the countryside around Cala Pi is rolling hills and mostly given over to agriculture.

Accessibility

The journey time from Palma de Mallorca and the airport to Cala Pi is around 35 minutes. Other South Coast Mallorca resorts such as Sa Rapita are a short drive away, and the main towns accessible from here are Llucmajor and Palma de Mallorca.
