<< return to location guide front page

The beautiful Traumantana Mountains and dramatic pine-clad coastline make this one of the most dramatically beautiful parts of Mallorca.

There are a few small developments in the Soller area and apart from that the area is made up mostly of mountain villages and small towns. There are some stunning country properties and villas too. Perhaps the most famous location is Deia, a small town overlooking the sea about half way up the north west coast. Puerto de Soller
and Soller Old Town are also well-known
and provide the main shopping centres
for the region along with a wide range
of excellent bars and restaurants.
