Puerto Andratx, Camp de Mar and Sant Telm

Puerto Andratx is a picturesque natural harbour, still a fishing port and now one of the most desirable places in Mallorca in which to own a second home. Andratx Town is a couple of minutes drive from the port and is more for permanent homes.
Camp de Mar is a beach and golf resort, while Sant Elm is a tiny fishing-village resort, hidden away where the foothills of the mountains meet the sea.

Still a working fishing harbour, the catch can be bought from the quay. Local Mallorcan restaurants combine with modern establishments to create a unique character.
This is one of Mallorca’s main leisure marinas, with a newly rebuilt, well resourced yacht club. There is just one small beach and there are only three hotels, so this is not really a beach-holiday resort and does not get too overrun, something that is an attraction for many property buyers.
As a residential town there are plenty of good quality shops and other amenities open all year, making this a suitable location for permanent living. However, Andratx Town a few minutes drive away has a stronger all-year-round community and is a more likely location for those looking to relocate to the area.
