Campanet and Buger

Campanet and Buger are typical North Mallorca country villages. Being close to Pollensa and easily accessible from Palma airport, they are two of the most interesting for property buyers.

Both Campanet and Buger are built on hilltops overlooking the surrounding countryside. They are primarily local communities, characterised by old townhouses with shuttered windows centerd around the town square and church.

These are peaceful places and community life is focussed mostly around the small tapas bars and restaurants in the towns. This simple lifestyle has become increasingly attractive to people wanting to escape the frenetic pace of modern life.Consequently properties are in demand for relocation, regular-use second homes and as rental investments.

Journey time from Palma airport is around 35 minutes. Both towns are within easy reach of the resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia.

Properties and prices

Properties in Campanet and Buger are mostly old traditional townhouses, some of which have been renovated and some of which are still in their original state. There are country houses dotted around the villages.

Prices range from around €160,000 for an apartment, €225,000 for a small traditional townhouse and €550,000 for a country house. Good views and outside spaces are key features and, for country houses, proximity to the village.
