4. What is the Pre Visit Report Service?

This unique Mallorca Property Partners service can save a huge amount of time in viewing unsuitable properties. Many people do not realise how ling it takes to look at properties and how tiring it can be, particularly in the Summer heat. And if you want to spend time relaxing and on holiday too during your visit to Mallorca you do not want to be looking at properties that are clearly not of interest!

Mallorca Property Partners Pre Visit Report Service offers you a private report on properties prior to your visit. We will visit the short-listed properties and give your our objective assessment as to whether it meets your criteria, whether is is sensibly priced, and whether each property should remain on your viewing short-list. If required we can take more photos and provide more information on the area too.

The service is a significant commitment of time on our part so we charge an initial fee of Euro 750 which is fully refunded when you buy a property through the Mallorca Property Partners network.
