13. Do you deal with property rentals in Mallorca?

We do not deal with rentals of properties in Mallorca as our sole focus is on helping people to find their ideal property to buy. However, if you are looking to buy a property in Mallorca as a rental investment we can certainly help. This might be on a casual basis amongst friends and family, or a more serious commercial basis where the property is primarily an investment and rented out most of the time.

Either way there are considerations you need to bare in mind and the choice of property may be different to if you were buying purely for your personal use. Mallorca Property Partners will advise and help in all aspects of this and throughout the search and buying process.
