3. Is there any cost to using MPP?

Our core property search and advice services are free. Mallorca Property Partners works under arrangement with our estate agent partners. We stress however that we are independent and only work with agents who are professional and pleasant to deal with. Our Mallorca estate agent network has evolved over the 6 years we have been going and we are confident it covers all types of property and all areas comprehensively.

So you are not committed to buying through the Mallorca Property Partners network. This is unlike other property search services who charge you an initial fee plus a percentage commission of as much as 1.5%. We prefer to stand on the quality of our service - if we are struggling to find the right property then you should be free to talk to other agents without losing your initial fee!

We are confident this will not happen though so we ask only that you focus your Mallorca property search through MPP both prior-to and during your visit. This is so we can operate efficiently on your behalf without lots of competing agents confusing matters.

We have also recently introducing a "Pre Visit Report" service. With this service MPP will visit properties in person prior to your visit. It can save you a huge amount of wasted time viewing properties that are clearly not of interest. If you opt for this service there is an initial charge of Euro 750 which is fully refunded when you purchase your property.
