No. Our property search and advice services are completely free of an charges to you. Mallorca Property Partners works under arrangement with our estate agent partners. We stress however that we are independent and only work with agents who are professional, pleasant to deal with, and have the very best coverage of their respective areas.
This is unlike other property search services who charge you an initial fee plus a percentage commission of as much as 1.5%. Neither do we charge an up-front commitment fee like some of the the other "free" services that have sprung up in recent years following our lead.
This means you are not contractually or financially committed to buying through the Mallorca Property Partners network or sticking with us through the whole search. We prefer to stand on the quality of our service - if we are struggling to find the right property then you should be free to talk to other agents without losing your initial fee!
We are confident in operating this way as we have a great success record and are equally confident that you will stay with MPP of your own accord on the strength and quality of the service we offer.
All we ask in order to do this is for an understanding that you will focus your Mallorca property search through MPP rather than contacting agents direct in order that we can provide you with the high quality of service outlined.
