5. I am interested in all areas. Can MPP show us properties in all parts of the Island?

Mallorca Property Partners covers all parts of Mallorca. If you are not familiar with the Island though we strongly recommend you liase with us to see which areas might be of interest. Realistically you can only expect to cover one location per day. Covering all parts of the Island would take well over a week of intensive searching!

Depending on the type of property and your budget you probably only need to consider one or two different areas. Have a look at our Area Guide as a starting point. It gives useful descriptions, photos, and information on the type of properties available and average property prices in different locations within Mallorca.

It will also help to give us as detailed a description as you can of the type of area you are looking for. Not just "beaches": do you want an area with lots of bars and nightlife, or a quieter country location? Do you want mountain scenery? Do you want to be within 1/2 an hour of Palma and the airport or are you more relaxed about journey times to and from the airport (most locations in Mallorca are within 1 hours reach!)?
