The property is located in the countryside of Felanitx which is a typical Mallorcan town on the east coast. This area has few developments although the coastline is stunning and there are a few popular resort towns such as Cala d’Or not far away. Also within easy reach is Porto Colom, one of the most picturesque coastal towns in Mallorca.
