This is a very nice detached villa in Costa de la Calma with a beautiful mature garden, next to a green belt. Costa de la Calma is close to Santa Ponsa and so there is plenty to do in this area. Palma de Mallorca and Palma airport are roughly 25 minutes easy drive.

The villa has views over the residential area to the sea. There are lots of different sunny and shady areas. The swimming pool and the garden and outside area are very private.
