Very good value indeed for such an apartment in this community

A really lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for sale in a small development of only 12 apartments in Cala d’Or, the main coastal resort town on the Southeast Coast of Mallorca. This stretch of coastline has a character very much of its own typified by the whitewashed Ibizan-style properties which are prevalent here. Cala d’Or has an excellent marina and all the facilities you could want for a great holiday. There are no less than eight beaches in the immediate area which is characterised by its coastline dotted with small coves and inlets. There are several other smaller resorts along this coast too making this an area with some real variety and a perfect beach-holiday destination.
