Inca

Inca is the third largest town in Mallorca. Located in the centre of the island it is a market town (with the largest market in Mallorca taking place every Thursday) as well as being a manufacturing town famed for its leather goods. Whilst very much a working agricultural and manufacturing town, Inca is also home to a great many fine restaurants some of which are established in the wine cellars of the grand old town mansions. Its location is very central and is also on the Ma-13 motorway that runs up to the north, so Palma de Mallorca is within very easy reach as are Pollensa and most other parts of the island.

Property in Inca

Inca is not really somewhere you would consider for a holiday home. Property here is more for those living and working in Mallorca. The town itself offers a wide range of property including new and old apartments and townhouses, and the surrounding countryside offers modern villa style properties as well as older country homes. Prices of properties are relatively affordable compared to the more sought-after second home locations of the south east or north of Mallorca.
